Logify helps you keep an accurate driving log and turn it into reports.

What is Logify?

Logify is a vehicle mileage and driving-log tracking service. It has a web app (what you're using right now) and companion mobile apps for Android and iPhone. All your trips end up in one place, where you categorize them, group them into reports, and share those reports when needed.

How Logify works — the big picture

1. Trips enter the system — automatically via the mobile app's recording sync (see "Mobile Recording"), or manually on the web (see "Special Functions").
2. Categorize — each trip gets a Trip Type (e.g. Business/Private) and, if required, a Purpose or Category.
3. Build a report — trips are collected into a report for a period, which you can still adjust before finishing it.
4. Share the report — export it to Excel, or share it via a web link.
5. Team approval — if you're part of a team, a finished report can be sent to the central connected account for approval and forwarding to accounting.
